We are offering an internship (of 6 months starting from January 2025) focused on cell differentiation and multicellularity in the fascinating cyanobacterium Anabaena.
Our recent research has uncovered the mechanisms of the transcriptional regulator PatB and identified its regulon using RNA-seq techniques.
As an intern, your primary goal will be to validate the function of the genes within this regulon and assess their roles in the differentiation process.
